PIKD offers multiple subscription plans tailored to different needs. You can find detailed pricing and plan information here:

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your dashboard at any time. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing periods.

PIKD uses a prorated billing system, meaning that if you change your plan, any unused paid period will be applied to your new plan. This ensures you always pay exactly for what you use.

What payment methods are accepted?

PIKD accepts the following payment methods:

✔ Credit card

✔ PayPal

✔ Direct debit (SEPA)

✔ Apple Pay

✔ Google Pay (GPay)

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain fully functional until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your plan will not renew.

Does PIKD offer refunds?

PIKD does not offer refunds, as we provide a 30-day free trial that allows users to decide if they want to commit before purchasing.

However, in rare cases, we may grant a refund within 24 hours of renewal if a user forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle. In such cases:

✔ The subscription will be canceled immediately

✔ The payment will be fully refunded

✔ The account will be closed

How do I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes, users receive an invoice for each payment. Additionally, invoices can be downloaded anytime from the account settings. Users can also update their billing address whenever needed.
