I can't upload images—what should I do?

If you are unable to upload specific file formats, it may be because PIKD does not support them yet. If you believe a format should be added, please send a request to [email protected], and we will review the possibility of adding support for that format.#

My client can’t access the shared folder—how can I fix this?

If your client is experiencing trouble opening a shared link, consider the following steps:

✔ Check the browser – Some older browsers may not be fully compatible with PIKD. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

✔ Verify firewall settings – If your client is behind a corporate firewall, they may need to use a different network or a VPN.

✔ Regenerate the link – You can remove and create a new link to ensure it works correctly.

✔ Check for typos – Double-check that the link URL was copied and shared correctly.

How do I reset my password?

PIKD uses a password-free login system, which means you do not need to remember or enter a password. Instead, PIKD sends a one-time verification code to your email. Simply enter this code, and you will be granted access.

✔ If you are using the same browser and device, you won’t need to enter the code again for future logins.

✔ If you switch devices or browsers, simply request a new code via email to reactivate your login session.

My images are loading slowly—how can I improve performance?

Image loading speed depends on:

✔ Your internet connection – A slow upstream speed will affect loading times.

✔ File size – Large images and videos naturally take longer to load.

To check your internet speed, you can use free tools such as Speedtest:

How can I contact customer support?
