What is Link Sharing?

PIKD lets you share any gallery or folder with clients, collaborators, or teams through a secure, customizable link—no login required.

But it’s more than access.

It’s about delivering your work with professional presentation, security, and control.

Tip: Renaming folders or projects after a link was shared, will not break the sharing link.

Take the interactive tour below:

Switch between gallery viewing modes

Two Viewing Modes

🎛️ Regular Mode

A clean, minimal view—great for quick feedback, internal use, or efficient downloads.

Regular Mode:

🖥️ Presentation Mode

Same gallery with 3 row grid, rounded corners in dark mode:

Pikd presentation mode for shared galleries.

Designed to showcase your work in the best possible light.

  1. Choose between a Black or White theme

  2. Set number of rows and grid style separately for mobile and desktop devices

  3. Adjust rounded corners and spacing between images for a refined look

  4. Mobile and desktop-friendly layout

  5. Ideal for client reviews, project delivery, and portfolios

🎨 Per-Link Branding

You can individually customize the look and feel of each shared gallery—regardless of your plan.

  • Add custom logo for that particular gallery ( ex. your client's)

  • Add a splash screen with a custom image before the gallery loads

This ensures every client gets a unique, branded experience tailored to the project.

📥 Download Options

Choose what your clients can download:

  • Low-res JPGs (default: 2000px)

  • High-resolution originals

  • Allow one, both, or no downloads

  • Enable/disable watermarks for shared content

🔐 Security & Access

  • Password-protect the link if needed

  • Choose to include subfolders

  • (Pro) Set expiration time for each shared link

🧑 Viewer Experience

Viewers can:

  • Access without registration

  • Choose to stay anonymous or enter their name (e.g., for commenting or identification)

  • Navigate galleries with a responsive design on both mobile and desktop

How to Share a Gallery

  1. Open any folder or gallery

  2. Click “Share”

  3. Choose Regular or Presentation Mode

  4. Set preferences: theme, password, downloads, branding

  5. Copy the link and send it

That’s it—your client receives a beautifully branded, focused experience.

Pro Tip:

Use Presentation Mode + per-link branding to impress clients with a portfolio-quality delivery. Upgrade to Pro for custom grid layouts and control over mobile vs. desktop viewing.
