How do I share projects or folders?

You can share public or password-protected links to entire projects or specific folders by clicking on the options menu next to the project or folder title.

You can generate a shareable link for any folder. If the folder contains subfolders, they will automatically be included in the shared link. However, only the selected folder and its subfolders are shared—no parent folders are included.

Tip: Renaming folders or projects after a link was shared, will not break the sharing link.

Take the interactive tour below:

Sharing Options

When generating a shareable link, you can customize access permissions:

  • Link Type: Choose between a public link or a password-protected link for added security.

  • Download Permissions: Allow clients to download high-resolution files, low-resolution files, both, or only view previews.

  • Watermarks: Enable watermarks for preview images to protect your work.

  • Branding: Customize the sharing page with your logo and background wallpaper for a branded experience.

How do clients view a project link?

Once a project link is shared, clients can access it without needing to log in or create an account. They can:

  • Review and comment in anonymous mode or

  • Enter their name to identify their feedback, making it easier for collaborators to track contributions.

Below is a video demonstrating how clients receive and interact with shared project links.
