In PIKD, you have full control over how your shared links look—whether you want a consistent brand identity across all links or tailor the appearance for each client or project.

You can choose between:

✅ Global Branding – applied automatically to all shared links

✅ Per-Link Branding – customized appearance for individual share links

Interactive Step by Step guide

Click "take a tour" to walk through the guide:

1. Global Branding (applies to all links by default)

To set up global branding:

  1. Go to your Account Settings

  2. Open the Branding tab

  3. Upload your logo and background image

  4. Save

Any new link you share will now display your global branding by default.

Advantages of global branding:

  • Saves time—set it once, use it everywhere

  • Keeps your presentation consistent and professional

  • Ideal for freelancers and teams with a strong visual identity

2. Per-Link Branding (custom for each link)

While you have your global branding active, you can always apply individual branding to a specific share link:

  1. Open the project or folder you want to share

  2. Click “Create Share Link” or edit an existing one

  3. Under Branding Options, disable “Use global branding”

  4. Upload a custom logo and/or background image

  5. Save and share

✅ You can always decide per link whether to keep the global branding, disable it, or replace it with custom visuals for that specific link.

Advantages of per-link branding:

  • Great for working with multiple brands or clients

  • Offers a tailored, white-label experience

  • Lets you match each project’s visual style

Tip: You can reset any link to your default branding by selecting “Use global branding” when editing the link settings.
